Our USA distribution centre is at Webgistix Corporation, 2251 Constitution Avenue, Olean, NY 14760.

Orders are despatched either on the day that we receive them or the next business day. If there is a reason why we cannot despatch within this time then we will e-mail you with an explanation.

We use UPS as our carriers and we ship via UPS Ground, all prices now include UPS ground shipping.

For customers in Canada you may be charged an additon amount of US $25 for Canadian customs clearance if you could contact us i am willing find a price via USPS, please email me your full address including postcode. This amount will not be charged at the time of checkout but maybe payable to the UPS driver upon delivery. Further details can be found at UPS Canadian Regulations.
